"We were hired by Jim to replace 1 exterior outlet. Jim called us back a few weeks later with some concerns about his electrical system. Judging by what he was telling me it didn't seem like the new issue had anything to do with the outlet we replaced. I explained to him I would personally come out to address the issue and fix it or to assure him it was a new issue not pertaining to the outlet we replaced. The day of the appointment Jim called to cancel our appointment and said our services were not needed. Here at our company we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and I did everything in our power to keep him happy but Jim did not even give us the opportunity to put him at ease and correct the issue or show him the issue was caused by another non related issue."
"Im sorry to hear your frustrated and I thought we had addressed and rectified all your issues and concerns. We do absolutely offer free estimated and there is no trip charge with our company. You agreed to the discounted charges we offered you before we did any work. I think this review is totally misleading and may cause future customers to think we charge people some minimum charge without there consent which is definitely not the case. The minimum charge assed was a reduced cost from what the technician was supposed to charge in order to keep you happy as a customer and get the job. The technician did not delete the line item for the panel replacement which you declined at the time and this was a total mistake. We are only human. We immediately addressed the issue and refunded the money before it was even taken from your card which was still in a pending state. You stated we automatically charged your card. This is also very misleading. We never automatically charge any card. I apologized numerous times for the mistake and even offered to take the $160 charge off the bill when you decide to do the panel change. I feel totally blindsided by this review due to the fact we had such a great conversation and solved all your issues."
