From start to finish this was an absolute great experience. I called after 5PM and Derek, the owner, answered the phone and was extremely helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable setting up an appointment with him. Derek was able to set an appointment for the next morning. even though it was after 5PM. Barry arrived the next morning, called ahead of time as promised. He listened to my concerns and did some troubleshooting. After troubleshooting, he explained everything very clearly and began working on the different projects. Even though there were some additional troubleshooting items, Barry was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing throughout the process. He actually cared about what he was doing, it was obvious. I can't say enough about the whole experience and I would use them again and recommend them whenever possible.

Ryan was great from the start alerted me to what time he was arriving was flexible when my schedule didn’t fit with a scheduled appointment, didn’t make a mess. My only comment would be to have a few extra shingles available when doing a roofing job. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible horrible horrible. The electrician was very rude and disrespectful. He cane in late and overcharged much much re than the quote when he came to our house. I would never work with these people again.

"Hello Magdala. I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. I want to address your concerns you stated here. I checked the GPS for the technicians van who did the work at your home and it shows that he was well within the arrival time that was discussed with our secretary. We gave you a quote to replace the devices on the second floor of your home, as per your request, and you approved the work to be done. We arrived on time again to complete the installation and discovered that your home had aluminum wiring. This was not discovered during the initial visit and required additional work to be done properly and safely. We gave you a revised quote for the new scope of work and discounted it. You approved the quote, and we proceeded to complete the work. You had indicated you were happy with the work provided, paid in full, and signed off on the work provided. A few days later you called the office with a concern about a light fixture that had stopped working, so we sent the technician back out to take a look to find this was a light in the garage on a totally different circuit was out. We explained that this was not related to the work we had completed but could help you out to repair the issue, at a discounted rate, but declined to make the repair. We do our best to keep each and every customer happy and I thought we did for this installation. I am sorry that your unhappy we will try harder next time."
