Highly recommend! I've used dK twice in the last year. Once for a three-layer tear-off and new roof last summer for my stepdad's house, and once for a single-layer tear-off and new roof on my house a couple weeks ago. Both jobs were done wonderfully, on schedule, and with no financial surprises. I can't say enough about Guillermo Luna, the project manager on the recent project. He has high standards and is committed to a quality project; he's wildly communicative, helpful, and eager to please.

I had a small roof repair job, called a HomeAdvisor referral, they happened to be close by and took a look at the roof. They hdd time to repair it the next day. It took about six hours and it was a thorough repair - they had to pull back several square feet of my roof laid down a barrier layer and re-laid shingles that overlapped properly. They were professional and I think the price was a value - calling them first next time.

We built our home carefully and have had few repair problems, but after almost 25 years, it was becoming clear that we needed a new roof. We got suggestions and estimates from several well thought of roofing contractors, and selected d/K Exteriors because they were very clear and specific in the information they gave us. Zack answered all our questions and got the project started within 3-4 days. All the workers showed up when scheduled and worked carefully not to damage landscaping, driveways or grass. They cleaned up every night before leaving and when they did their final clean-up, they left the flower beds with fewer weeds than before they started! d/K wasn't the cheapest bid we received, but the quality of materials and workmanship make me think we certainly got our money's worth. It's hard to get excited about spending money on a roof, but I find myself looking up at it and smiling. Thanks d/K!

We hired them, then they turned around to hire other sub contractor do the job for them. When the sub. finished the job we found there are places which are not caulked. We called DK and ask them to fixs. They are always quick to promise will come to fix, but never did. We called and they promised again and again. Finally we gave up and take care it by our self. What a frustrated experience.

Only reason for non-5 Star rating was difficulty getting scheduled for the work....we were out several weeks. Determining problem was difficult....had a water leak and not sure if siding issue or plumbing. They problem solved and even had a plumber meet them at site to do repairs after siding removed. Replaced "unbroken" siding, liting and cleanup of everything in very fast time. They were awesome. Would recommend to anyone or rehire in a heartbeat!

The first two appointments were missed with no phone call, the third appointment they were 4 hours late. The work took 7 minutes, I was charged $ 150. They are overpriced and unreliable.
