The overall quality of work performed was fine. The finished product turned out well. The major issue was trying to get him to respond, show up, or respond when he said he would. He constantly made excuses and complained about certain things. As to recommending him? Probably not, but if you're not worried about having anything done to a schedule or you have a tiny project, he'd probably be fine for you. I would have rated him higher on value if it wasn't for the above mentioned hassles.
