This is a true professional. I would highly recommend him. He was timely on his appointment, knowledgeable and very detail-oriented on the inspection, and able to use today's technology to get me the inspection via a link that I could easily share with contractors for repairs. 5 stars!

Response from DK Property Solutions, LLC
"I apologized to Mr. Frank and advised him that I did the best inspection I could without any power or water services at the property during the inspection. I also discounted his inspection service knowing that the utility services was to no fault of his or mine."
