Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
Was to be a complete tear off, and they had old pieces under the new shingles. Asked for 1/2 inch overhang and that didn't happen. No callback on a leak I fixed myself.

The project ran beyond the quoted timeframe and budget; the crew was accomodating when they showed up for work. The quality of the work was adequate. To compensate for the delay (7-10 days into 6 weeks) the cost over run was waived, which was appreciated. Would give a qualified recommendation. Time management definitely needs to be addressed

They did good work. The only only thing that made me unhappy is their final bill was 75% higher than the quoted price, and he blamed it on insurance regulations
