D. Kieffer Construction, LLC

Extremely happy with the roofing job performed by Denny's crew. Denny explained everything in detail regarding installation process and warranty. Crew was fast, efficient and courteous. Everything was cleaned up like Denny said it would be. Denny was at the job overseeing the work at all times. Would definitely recommend Kieffer Construction and Malarkey brand shingles.

They did an excellent job and cleaned after they were done. They were very professional and courteous.

Awesome owner, honest and reliable

Denny and his crew did a fantastic job! From the quote all the way to the follow up after the roof was completed, everything was done to perfection. Highly recommend these guys!! If I could give more than 5 stars, we would do it in a second.

Denny and his roofing crew were fantastic! When Denny came out to bid on the roofing job, he was thorough in regard to inspecting the roof and took time with me to offer insight and answer all of my questions without any sales pressure. I hired his company and had Malarkey Vista shingles installed. Denny was on site throughout the job and his workers were were polite, hardworking and expert craftsmen. My new roof looks Amazing! Seriously Folks, if you're looking for an honest, expert craftsmanship company with integrity, hire these guys! A company like this is hard to come by these days. Thanks , Denny & Crew!

They went above and beyond. Roof looks great. Threw in a new roof on the kids playhouse free of charge. It all looks beautiful.

They are professional and customer focused. They do high quality work and they installed a beautiful roof. I highly recommend them!

Easy to work with. Best value for your money. His bid was the lowest and added in some things into his bid that the other contractors would charge a lot for. His crew showed up on time and worked hard. No horseplay from his crew.

IF I could rate this company 100 i would. FANTASTIC customer service. GREAT pricing. Crew and owner are professional and efficient. They worked in TERRIBLE weather (November) and came back 6 months later to complete a part of the job that they could not finish due to snow. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

Denny's focus is quality workmanship and materials. He is passionate about the craftsmanship of his work and it shows in the end product. He is a straight forward guy, no BS. I encourage you to give Denny a call. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone that needs roofing work.

Mr. Kieffer was the most reliable contractor who was absolutely dedicated to his quality job. He was willing to inspect the roof himself, gave me a variety of choices, never demanding, and thoroughly clear about all the details. There was no pretense or arrogance in any respect, he enjoyed doing his job, and I enjoyed interacting with him. I recommend him with no reservations. You will be unconditionally satisfied. I am now pretty happy with my new roof - beautiful, already heavy rain-tested, perfect edges, etc. And I will miss the friendly conversations I have had with him!

It rained last night and I slept very peacefully knowing that my new roof is solid. My roof was leaking and I needed a new one quickly. I had 3 companies give me estimates. One of the larger construction companies came in $8000 higher and continually tried to get me to sign on, to get the process started. Denny was always very honest and gave me his best price right away. He then re-arranged his schedule to get to my roof asap. His crew was wonderful and worked to finish everything in one day, as it was going to rain again. They even took the time to re-shingle a wishing well that sits in my front yard. Their clean-up was impeccable. I would definitely recommend D. Kieffer Construction to anyone needing a new roof.

All worked out well.

Mr. Kieffer met with us and guided us through the expectations and requirements for a new roof. We needed advise for color and kind of shingles. His company has no complaints with the BBB and an A+ rating! The crew worked tirelessly all day to complete our roofing including new vents, and cleanup. I will recommend this construction company to everyone with excellent and honest workmanship throughout the whole process of our new roofing. We are extremely satisfied with the quality with GAF and the 25+ year warranty as a highly qualified contractor with these shingles. We are relieved not to have to worry about quality of shingles after having organic shingles only 14 years and needing them replaced!

Extremely satisfied. Denny was great to work with, he and his crew did a wonderful job. We had some big roofing companies submit bids and some wanted 60% paid before even starting the job. D. Kieffer Construction required no payment until work was complete and passed inspection ( as it should be). The company used high quality materials at a great price and completed the job in one day. They took care to move items ( e.g. potted plants, deck furniture) so no damage and all debris was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this roofing company.

They did exactly what I was expecting from them. They showed up on time and completed the job with very little to no disruption to our lives. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. Quality job at a great price.

Great person to work with. Informative and great value for the work and service. I would recommend him for a roofing job.

Great people, great value, great result. Our roof looks..... GREAT!

Denny is great! I have nothing but good things to say about him and his business. He was very informative about the whole roofing process. He answered questions for me that I didn't know I had. He was extremely affordable but didn't skimp on quality or service. His crew was very professional and provided superior service. Avoid the big guys in the Twin Cities, there is no way they can provide the same quality service as D. Kieffer Construction.

Wonderful people and great job done,

Denny is great to work with. Glad we found him when we needed to do our roof. He and his crew did a great job on our roof. Thanks Denny. I would definitely recommend him for roofs or any other work that he does. He works hard for his customer and makes them happy with the work.

Denny not only did my roof but I have since hired him to put in a new front door and also re-tile my bathroom shower. Great customer service! I have also recommended him to others and they have also been very pleased with his work. I now refer to him as "MY" handyman and will have more work done by him. I highly recommend him for any job you need done around the home.

He is very friendly and ethical with his customers, I hope to have him do more work for me in the near future. I really appreciated the efficiency, and the quality of work done. Thank you very much

Denny and crew did a very good job on our roof. They got a rather large area re-roofed in a single day. Came back the next day to finish the clean-up. Very satisfied.

Showed up on time and fixed a leak on the roof. Denny is a nice guy and offer to take the payment only when I verify that the fix works.
