Nick de la Cruz responded immediately to my post regarding a leaky toilet. He was out the very next afternoon, after he graciously picked up a new toilet for me. He installed the toilet quickly, as well as securing some flooring that was loose. He seems very knowledgeable about his trade, was easy to talk to, and his prices were on point! I'll be calling Nick for many more projects.

Nick completely remodeled our main late 1980's bathroom, converting the tub/shower to a beautiful walkin tiled shower with new flooring, vanity, mirror. lighting, & exhaust fan. The work involved moving & reconfiguring some of the existing plumbing and electrical. Throughout the job, Nick and his crew including his plumbing & electrical subs were professional & respectful of our home. We went with Nick because his Bid was competitive but more than that the bid was was much more detailed and complete in describing the scope of work and the costs associated with each task. We felt confident going in that we understood the work and the cost of the work. As we'd hoped there were no surprises. Nick was also an excellent communicator. Each day he let us know the estimated scope of work and start and end times for the upcoming day. We love our new bathroom and plan to have him renovate the master bathroom in the spring. We highly recommend Nick!!

We are so pleased with the elevated deck and staircase that DLCS builders rebuilt for us Nick was upfront about the costs and the timeline and completed the project that exceeded our expectations with his attention to details and finishing work He and his crew where very respectful of our property when they were onsite

He came to us highly recommended by our neighbors...Nick installed a door for us, in a space that didn't previously have one, he was meticulous in how he matched the trim, door, hardware ect (without us even discussing). He finished the project so fast! And he did a great job of prepping the area so there was no cleaning needed once he was done. His pricing was super fair and he was very direct. He has a great personality, allowing my daughter to show him her artwork, just the kind of person you want to work with. We have a list of projects he will be helping us with in the future. Definitely recommend!!

Best contractors ever! Nick totally relieved my stress level by giving his ideas, opinions, and even directing me to all the right places to look as renovating our condo due to a sewer back up was horrendous. Very easy to talk to, gets back to you when you have questions, and helps whenever he can. I highly recommend DLCS builders. I will definitely use them again should I have to do anything again!!
