DLD Contracting

DLD was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. A few minor mishaps occurred, no fault of contractor, and they were able to remedy asap. There were multiple jobs, bobcat landscape work, plumbing installation and repair, hauling trash, concrete work and grading and they were able to do it all. One stop shop.

I thought he was a little expensive. But the work was real good.

Good job on a small project of installing outdoor sunshade.

This has been by far the worst experience I have have encountered dealing with a contractor. They were very unprofessional. They installed my door and it to be taken down and reset. The caulking and cosmetics of the door is a joke. The door was not properly sealed and it was crooked. They tried to used two different types of molding to case in my door as if I wouldnt notice it.I wish I could upload pics as proof. The brick mold outside was botched and the molding inside was dented from use with a manual hammer. They walked on and got dust all over my hardwoods. They were smoking and second hand smoke got all in my brand new house. This was a total waste of time and money. After explaining to them my issues with the work, I was repeatedly cursed out and hung up on about the job and how much they were charging me. This was just awful!!!!! I lost money and wasted time dealing with these people. I had to call someone else out to tear this entire job down and start over.. CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM!!!!!!!

This contractor was very knowledgeable and professional. They actually went above and beyond my expectations. Picked up my door and materials on short notice, after my delivery plans failed. I am very pleased and plan to use them again often.

He did a good job but I will find out more when spring and summer gets here.Two branches of my new plant were broken.Hopefully they will regrow. He repaired my fence door which was real nice. . His communication skills need improvement. Like calling and letting a person know what the schedule is. I would hire him again and may for other projects I need.

They started the day when scheduled. Call before ahead to confirmed appointment. Explained what they were going to do. Good job.

They arrived promptly after my initial call. Unfortunately, could not make repair because of inability to identify manufacture of windows.

They are professional, and get job done (replaced a bathroom mirror) as what they promised at reasonable cost. Beyond that, they would do your favor to work on extra small projects without extra charges, which is total unexpected to me. Overall, it's a thumb-up experience!

Danny did everything for my basement remodel, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc. He shows up on time, does what he says, and always answered his phone. I would recommend this company to others, and I will be hiring him again.

The initial repair to the dry wall was not successful. The wall still had cracks and the paint job had streaks. To DLD's credit they came back out to repair the drywall. My issue is when you hire a professional you want the job done correctly the first time. Do to scheduling I had to complete the sanding and the painting once the repairs were made which wasted more of my time. The price was very reasonable but I recommend hiring someone else.
