DL Design and team were amazing! We just had siding done and we absolutely love it! They are very professional and easy to work with. We have a crazy schedule and they made it work even when we were working crazy hours! We highly recommend DL Design.

DL Design Construction â Just spent almost 4 weeks with this company and the people that work for the company as they redid the whole house in Hardie Board. Quite the intrusion, BUT I quickly add, well worth it. My husband understands construction and he said, â Iâ ve never seen such quality work.â They caulked and caulked; they were able to do electric work (handy when you want to add exterior lights to a â nakedâ house). If there was something that was outside of the contract, they would price it and present it for approval each day. No surprises at the end of the job. After the final inspection, one person stayed on to finish putting the gutter down pipes back, and I watch him spend a few hours inspecting the paint and doing touch ups. Plus, they cleaned up each day and even put the mats back in front of the door. Iâ d give them 6 out of 5 stars!

We also had a sliding glass door removed and a window installed. Then we had DL crew remove a concrete step we wouldn't need. Removal was neat and clean. Very freindly crew

We had Dmitry replace the siding on our house with Hardieboard cement siding, replace several windows, repaint the house, replace the garage door, and replace about 200 feet of backyard fencing. All work was completed quickly and was of the highest quality craftmanship. The house is beautiful and several neighbors have commented on how good it now looks. I would hire DL in the future to do any work on my house without bothering with second or third estimates.

DL Design Construction: We have a two-story house that DL Design Construction installed new Hardie Fiber Cement Siding and Trim, new windows, including installation of a new window. The old wood exterior of our house was torn down to the studs, new insulation was installed, plywood was installed over the insulation, then the Hardie moisture paper, and the Hardie Fiber Cement Siding and Trim over that. All windows, doors and vents were reinforced with metal flashing. All gutters and downspouts were painted, and a new garage door was installed. We are extremely pleased with the work they did. These young men worked very hard, efficiently, detailed and professional. The crew chief was particularly knowledgeable on how to fix any damage including reframing a window that had damage, installing a new slider and framing the opening and installing the new window. The crew cleaned up after work every day which was greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with the results of their work and are applauding ourselves in choosing this company to install our new siding. Incidentally, our neighbor decided to have their house resided too.

Dmitriy and the entire DL Design Construction team did an amazing job transforming our home! We initially contracted for a full frame window replacement and new Hardie Plank siding, but when the old siding was removed we saw that there was a huge amount of repair work that would need to be done first. Dmitriy and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done right and kept us informed every step of the way. The rates for the additional repairs were extremely reasonable. In addition, each day after the work was done, the area around our home was cleaned thoroughly, which we really appreciated! DL Design Construction went above and beyond to really make our home perfect. We highly recommend!

I highly recommend DL Design. Dmitriy came to our house to give us a quote, he was very knowledgeable about all the siding products and helped us pick the right siding for our situation. We had previous problems with water leaks. His crew showed up on time and I must say some of the hardest workers I have seen, they did a very good job communicating with my husband and myself every step of the way. They used the best products out there and cut no corners even down to top notch caulking. When the job was completed they did an excellent job cleaning up. I will definitely recommend them to all my clients and will be using them on future projects.

Dmitriy and his crew did a great job replacing my old, rotten wood siding with James Hardy fiber cement siding. They cleaned up at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. They stayed on schedule. And, they even took care of a couple of add-on projects at very reasonable rates. We are very happy with out choice in contractor and materials.

DL Design Construction, with the advice and guidance of the owner Dmitriy and also his crew, were very helpful and also just did a superb job of turning our older home into a home that we are now very proud of and it looks like a new home instead. DL Design Construction did a superb job of replacing old and rotted wood siding on our house with long-lasting James Hardie fiber cement siding. Ours was not a whole-house project, just some accents and a chimney tower, but DL tackled it with professionalism and attention to detail. There was never a sense that their crew was rushing and they absolutely did not cut any corners. They fixed some dry rot that was under the old siding at a very reasonable cost. Every stage of the job passed inspection easily, and the end result looks great. Their bid was highly competitive and their workers were capable and courteous throughout. Highly recommended.

We had cement siding, trim, windows and a new front door installed at our home. The owner, Demetri came out to our home to give us an estimate. We hired the company and Demetri came back to give us various options and ideas. We made our choices, set the cost and a date to begin. His crew showed up promptly and finished the job within budget and on time. They fixed several electrical issues to code and the results are stunning. The crew was a joy to work with and we are very satisfied with the results. This was a major project and we would recommend this company highly.

These guys were awesome! They replaced my siding, doors and trim, porches and gutters . Dmitriy and his crew were extremely responsive, respectful and skilled. I would definitely use them in the future. I'm so happy I went with them! - I actually had them do some additional work on my shop - very happy with the results.

Review for DL Design Construction: We had a massive job: we needed new roofs for our 84 year old house and outbuildings, and new siding and insulation, but beyond that, we kind of knew the amount of termite, dry rot and other damage the DL team might find once the old vinyl siding came off. Nothing prepared any of us for the menagerie! Wasps, bees, bats and more were also keeping us company, and frankly, hives were helping keep the house up. We had strict deadlines due to business travel we had to do, so we were a little nervous about the project as we all had to live here during the project and it was very hot during the work. Dimitri could not have been more helpful during the quoting and selection process. He was honest, frank and helped when we simply did not have the expertise to make a materials or aesthetic decision. DL worked with us on a fair quote, with contingencies should my suspicions about the damage underneath be fulfilled once they took the siding off. Then came the big day: the roofer and demo crews arrived and despite all our fears (with two senior citizens living here in the house) they were super-efficient, tidy and cheerful. Demo was done very quickly, and then came the very hard and mind-bending task of removing the damage and replacing with new. The DL team were just fantastic! I have never seen such skilled builders, taking each step carefully but quickly, fixing or replacing damaged parts, working quietly and we so appreciated the thorough clean-up that happened every single day. The crew never complained, faced each challenge with a smile and kept me posted with accurate change orders for the contingency damage quotes. They were also human beings with hearts. They finished on time, on budget and the results are breath-taking; it looks like a brand-new house! To say that we are pleased with DL Design Construction is not accurate. We are Thrilled and Over the Moon with the work, the results and with each and every member of the DL Team. I know 5 stars is the highest, but honestly, if we could give them 20 stars, we would!!
