Replaced our carpet. Left a seam that we discussed unrepaired. Requested an invoice but never received it

There was some confusion over the cost of "demolition" (removal of the existing carpet). I thought we had discussed all scenarios but the installer did not seem to understand or did not get the message. After a phone call, everything was resolved but my wife was a little stressed. Otherwise, the install is nicely done and looks great. I wish we had done this sooner (we saved some carpet from another room and had just enough to re-do the stairs - first to second floor).

Unreliable...postponed install date an hour after their scheduled time of arrival, making plans top finish the job on Saturday instead. I had taken that Friday off of work to be there. They gave me a $50 credit. But not worth it. Seams were raveled, metal strips cut too short and pieced together, and had sharp edges. Had to have the metal strips re-done. Padding was ridiculous. Terrible job and workers extremely slow..

Don't hesitate to call them for service. First of all I received a response immediately. That is always a good sign for me. I used them to put carpet in my rental unit. The tenant called me to tell me what an awesome job they did - and to tell me how extremely she impressed she was with their professionalism. You can't beat the price. I was so impressed I sent him a huge tip just to say thank you - I got a call the same day telling me I had overpaid him. Honesty-Integrity-High Quality Work-Timely -- I can't ask for more than that ---
