D Pro Tree Service

EXCELLENT service. I have used D-Pro over the years and once again, they came through as expected, on time and with a fair price. I had D-Pro remove a large (large thorny) mesquite tree, trim a large (also large thorny) mesquite tree, and remove other trees. They did a great job on trimming that second tree. Dalia was EXTREMELY QUICK in responding to my request for a quote (i.e., she called within 5 minutes of my sending her a text of my initial needs), as well in respond to other questions (again, extremely quick). Nicholas kept the work moving efficiently, and Mario kept me well informed on details as work progressed. The crew were hard working and easy to talk to. When I asked them to increase the scope of work while they were on site, they adjusted and handled it with no problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using D-Pro.

Dalia was super communicative and friendly helping me arrange a time for Mario to come give us a quote and set up having our service done. Mario was so professional and his crew was amazing! We had them remove 2 trees. They were quick and did a wonderful job! The prices were incredibly fair and they seriously left our backyard better than when they got there. They had to remove a few pavers for one of the projects and they put everything back so neatly and removed all of the debris. Highly recommend D Pro tree service!

Yes!! These are the people you need to call for either small or large jobs. We have used multiple tree services in Fresno for the past 50 years. D Pro tree Service is definitely the best. We had 2 trees removed yesterday as well as multiple other trees requiring attention. Everything was done exactly as had been discussed. Clean up was superb for both our yard and neighbor’s yard which was used for access. We were so impressed with professionalism, communication and the actual work. Owner Nicolai (sp?), and son Mario came out with their crew on time. They did massive prep work like building a plywood protection over our TufShed which was located next to the base of the towering (and leaning), pine which they removed. They also moved garden statues, large potted plants, shade umbrella, table and gardening equipment out from any possible danger. Nicolai scaled the pine (see picture), the crew assisted with massive limbs coming down one by one on ropes. Everyone was very safety conscious, wore helmets, safety ropes as needed. Communication was superb both on site and during estimate phase. Wife Dalia, (in office), was very prompt to communicate scheduling and provide written, detailed list of jobs to be completed. We appreciate that they came out quickly as we had some urgency in that one tree was leaning on its neighboring oak tree and creating the possibility that both might come down in forecasted storm. We were so pleased with work that before the left we got estimates for a future visit. We were especially grateful that the crew took great care to satisfy our neighbor’s requests during clean up. They were kind to move things he wanted moved, blow sawdust off his dirt (yes really) and were gracious with each request. Overall it was an excellent experience which exceeded all our expectations. This is an absolutely top flight family run business!! A+++

They were outstanding from setting the appointment all the way through when they were leaving!! They arrived 10 minutes early, we walked together to make sure we were all on the same page, they left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Such an amazing group working together, I hired them to come back. Dalia is delightful, so helpful making sure that you are completely satisfied. I truly appreciate the customer service they provided, as it is so hard to find these days.

D Pro Tree was fast and efficient while leaving my yard in amazing shape. Sprinklers were broken during tree removal and they fixed them. I have a large tree out front that they thinned beautifully.

These guys were excellent! They were professional, priced well, and did an amazing job. They even cleaned up better than I would have ever hoped. They worked hard and started early this summer (2023) n over 100 degree days. I really cannot say enough about the excellent crew, easy scheduling, and easy payment. Did a fantastic job! Far exceeded expectations! Very prompt. Very efficient. Took down 3 trees without damage to property or other vegetation. Did outstanding job of cleaning up when done. I highly recommend!

This company contacted me and hour after I requested quotes. Later that day they came to asses the tree and gave me a price. The next morning the work began and in a couple of hours they took down a huge pine tree without damaging anything! They cleaned up so well it looked like the tree never existed.
