Customer service was good. The job took longer than promised but the job was done as requested. It was a larger tree, and at times I worried they did not have the proper equipment for the job-there were some branches that hit the roof and deck. However the workers were working hard all day and used what they had to get it done. Their effort was impressive. The clean up was great too.

They did an excellent job! They were very reliable. I was amazed at how hard they worked to complete the job. We had about 10 or more trees that had to be removed with several large trees. I was very impressed!

I submitted a request for bids for a tree removal project and these guys were all over it. They arrived within 90 minutes to provide an estimate and prepared to start, if hired. I appreciated the conversation the Elvin and his team engaged in with us to understand the scope of work needed and how fair they were in pricing it. After agreeing on the work, he and his crew were able to complete the job in two short days....clearing 10 trees and over 2000sf of brush and downed trees. This crew was thorough, efficient and communicative and went above and beyond what could have been expected on this job. I’d HIGHLY recommend DLee’s Trees for tree removal services (if any size). They are certainly customer centric professionals and are fairly priced, and know what they’re doing!

Elvin was very quick to respond and come out and do the work. He came back a second time to do some additional on the promised and worked in the rain to ensure he completed the job. He was also very reasonably priced.
