This company was sent through a home warranty company. They said the A/C unit had to be replaced but took the entire summer to replace it twice. By the time the second unit was in, it was fall. The very next spring when warm weather started it didn't work. The receptionist that may or may not answer the phone is not service oriented and is rude. They did not show up as scheduled so wasted a day out of work waiting for them not to answer the phone. Based on reviews I expect another year without working air conditioning. I wonder if anyone sues them. Class action anyone?

Run run literally they are the bottom scum and unprofessional... inconsiderate inconsistent as you see in other reviews. Horrible communication and follow up. Run ????? they should be shut down

Assigned through home warranty for a wall air unit in the basement. It took 5 weeks to get a diagnosis. Diagnosis was completely wrong. Diagnosis was I needed an electrician bc outside part of unit was not connected and had not been used in years. It has not been used since last year. I did unplug something that I shouldn't have been unplugged but it just needed to be plugged back in. Had an electrician stop by. No electrician was needed. Now, the process starts again with a new company. Stay far away and most especially if you are paying out of your own pocket.

This contractor was sent by my home warranty company. Right off the bat I had issues with scheduling them to come out. I had an appointment scheduled and they gave a range of 9-6 and never showed. When I called the next day they said they called and I didn't answer. I explained I had no missed calls. They apologized and rescheduled. At the next appointment, they came out and the technicians were pleasant, explained what needed doing and said the warranty company would be in touch within 24 hours. 3 days passed and i kept calling looking for the estimate because I needed my AC repaired. Every time I called the office it went to voicemail. It took 5 days to get the estimate. and another 10 from there for them to come out and recharge my unit and repair the copper fitting (nothing needed to be ordered). The technician who came out for the repair kindly explained what was fixed when I asked him to and explained that if anything should go wrong within 60 days, I should reach out to

Highly unprofessional and never responding to calls. Nick the owner is higly unrealistic.

Awful. Never respond to multiple calls and messages. System hasn?t functioned properly one season since they installed it. Do not!!!! Use this company. You will be sorry.

We've need HVAC service ASAP. It was fantastic that this crew could come to our home on the very same day we reached out to them. I'm really happy with how well they did the job, how professional they were, how quickly they arrived, and especially the outcomes. My spouse and I strongly endorse this business - their customer support and work values are outstanding.

Following a terrible encounter with a well-known company, I found it difficult to trust any service providers. However, two of my friends and a neighbor recommended DMC. I scheduled an appointment with them, and on the appointed day, they quickly identified and repaired the problem within a few hours at an affordable rate. I highly endorse this company! They are skilled, honest, and dependable.

The entire experience with DMC was positive. They promptly responded to my calls, showed up as promised, provided a fair quote, and were straightforward in their communication.

I looked for an AC repair service after our unit began malfunctioning one night. They got back to me immediately and arrived on the scene the next morning. They performed a quick clean-up and explained why the unit needed a minor recharge, which resolved the issue. They didn't suggest unnecessary parts or replacements. A simple adjustment during the peak of summer restored our AC to its full cooling capacity. Excellent service and reliable technicians!

This business is one of the worst HVAC companies out there. American Home Shield really needs to drop them immediately. These men were extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. To start, two men came to my home to work on a faulty air conditioning unit. They came 2 hours late and stayed for OVER 7 HOURS. They CONSTANTLY belittled me. From the very beginning, they behaved obnoxiously and acted as if I didnâ t know anything. Then, the two men entered my personal bathroom adjacent to my bedroom without warning. I have absolutely no idea what they did in there. What I do know, however, is that my sink was left with oily dirt covering the ENTIRE BOWL. I have absolutely no idea how two men working on an HVAC system can leave an entire sink bowl CAKED in oily dirt. I had to throw away my toothbrush just at the thought that it was close to all the dirt in the sink. At the end of the day, the two men informed me that they would need to come back the next day to â finishâ the job. This service was totally unacceptable by even the bare minimum of standards. The technicians were extremely obnoxious

These idiots know NOTHING about HVAC. They were sent to me through a warranty company. I learned the hard way that there is only one reason contractors find their jobs through a warranty company.... BECAUSE THEY CAN T FIND WORK ON THEIR OWN! Read the reviews about this company. They are terrible! For 2 years after they installed a new HVAC system in my house, the temperature was 82 degrees downstairs in the summer and cold upstairs! That defies science since heat rises! I finally had another company come in and they found that the flexes in my attic were not connected to anything, so most of the cold air was leaking out right into my attic and my attic was being air conditioned! Finally after two years of literally sweating all summer in my house, we are nice and cool, thanks to the other company a friend recommended to me. Beware of the big heavy guy, Nick. He pretends to be a God fearing Christian, but he is nothing but a huge liar. He will give you excuse after excuse after excuse why he made an appointment with you and now can t show up... my father and my uncle had a fight and my father is upset , I m closing on my new house , I m sick , my truck broke down , three guys called in sick today , I hurt my leg ,.... I ve heard them all from him. If he loses an eyelash he won t show up for work. And, he refused to pay for the permit. I found out why. The system he installed failed the town inspection for the electrical work!!! Now I have to sue them! Don t walk away, RUN!!! As fast as you can!!! I m not kidding. DMC will mess you up. I cannot stress enough...STAY AWAY! They suck!

They were neat, pleasant, and moderately priced. They were more than accommodating with our project!
