DM Hardwood Flooring Service

DM Hardwood Flooring did a super job on's my parent's hardwood floors. Their floors had not been done since their house was first built. Demetrice and his co-worker came in, removed the furniture, sanded the floor, then put on a high gloss shine. The results? The floors now look amazing!!! We noticed that they used two different high gloss polishes on some of the floors which made one look shinier than the other. We let them know and without hesitation, they came back to correct that. We are very pleased. The price was right, the service was great, we would recommend them to anyone looking to get their hardwood floors refinished!

Scheduled an estimate appointment and a Demetrice came right on time. He is the owner and actively works with his employees on the job site. Our job entailed redoing work another company messed up. Demetrice was undaunted and took the job. His quote was very reasonable. We used an oil base so you have to allow drying time between coats, so the job took 3 days. They always let us know what times they would work and were punctual. The work was done professionally and promptly. Demetrice cares about customer satisfaction; you will not be disappointed.

Demetrice did an excellent job. They finished the job promptly and offered reasonable price. They did job without damaging the shoe molding. Several people are requested removing shoe molding, and install new shoe molding after floor done.

I honestly have never dealt with such great customer service and top notch work. The floors look amazing after 20 years of children, toy cars and trucks, cats and lots of traffic. The price was very reasonable. I do not exaggerate when I give a 5 star rating. If you need floors refinished, call Demetrice!

These guys were outstanding. Part of the installation involved removing tile that was cemented into the floor. They worked late into the weekend to remove the tile and install the hardwood. They also did a beautiful job integrating the hardwood with some existing wood surrounding a staircase. Lastly, they did things that I didn t expect or ask for (such as extending the hardwood into some awkwardly laid out closets) that really enhanced the overall project. They installed hardwood on the second floor of my house; I will be using them now to patch and refinish the hardwood on the first floor. If I ever have other hardwood floor issues, these are the guys I m calling.
