Rob was very thorough and took the necessary time to address my concerns. He allowed me to point out things I was concerned with and inspected them on top of the thorough inspection he performed. The process was very easy, and the turn-around time was fast. DMR identified that I had a problem, and now I can take the necessary steps to protect my family.
