Descy Smith, he owner of DMS, does not have experience in hardwood flooring. He was suppose to complete the hardwood flooring in my home but instead dropped off a group of non-English speaking workers to my house and was nowhere to be found. The job was not completed satisfactory because DC does not have experience with hardwoods. I was consistently have to contact him to learn he was on other carpentry jobs performing work. My job was not completed after paying for 7 consecutive days in a hotel.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Hired for a hard wood floor installation in 4 BRs, an office, and a hallway. There were noticeable gaps between the wood planks in the office. The other rooms appeared to be okay. Not sure if all of the flooring was installed on top of the materials that were recommended to be used on the floor under the hardwood.

We had to replace 1/2 a room of padding and reattach the carpet due to a hot water tank bursting. Descy helped me find a pad that would match and picked it up for me, installed it and reattached the carpet. He did a wonderful job. Very pleasant and kept me informed of when he would be here. I would definitely use DMS Flooring again.
