DMS made a frustrating situation better. We had two septic blockages which brought unwanted water that affected 4 rooms. DMS was reliable, informative and professional. DMS states that he treats his customers like he would want his family to be treated and it shows in everything him and his crew do. We appreciate the dedication and the professionalism of this company. This business is clearly Cisco's livelihood. Water had been leaking from a broken toilet seal the whole weekend in a school classroom toilet. This leak caused water damage in three classrooms. The classrooms were flooded and unusable. I did not know what to do besides get the water out and hope for the best. I called DMS Restoration Services and the owner Francisco was comfortable to work with. He put your mind at ease knowing he will take care of the situation and do the job right. Top it off, he made you feel as though you were a part of his family. He truly cares about the situation. Best contractor we ve ever hired. We initially called him to check out a water leak from an external wall. The repair required ended up being much more involved than initially thought. He was very detail oriented and made sure everything was done properly. He personally checked on the humidity level every day and stress tested his work to ensure the quality. We would hire him again in a heartbeat for our next inevitable repair!

DMS Restoration is the best company out there for Fire clean up. I was devastated when my kitchen and living room got on fire. Francisco and the team made it look like nothing happened. No burned smell nothing. Better than before. I can not be happier and thankful for their work.

I recently had a leak in one of my bathrooms with some water damage and attempted to contact a water restoration company who I used in the past for a leak in my other bathroom which also caused water damage. I had done extensive research and chose this company because of their excellent reviews. I had several companies come out and give estimates for the recent bathroom leak, but I had been very disappointed, as some wanted to make unnecessary repairs such as tearing up walls & carpeting that were not affected. One company even wanted me to pay $400 up front for a mold inspection that I have since learned is covered by insurance! Now we're getting to DMS Restoration in Jacksonville. We were extremely happy with the performance of Francisco Knight, formerly of *** Restoration, which was the company we used for the past bathroom leak. We were greeted with a hand shake and a happy face every time Francisco arrived. I came upon this by chance--but I have since learned that Francisco went out on his own and recently started DMS Restoration. Francisco was doing all the physical work of *** Restoration; hence the excellent reviews. You can't imagine my joy to find DMS Restoration, as *** Restoration was now giving me a runaround. I immediately contacted Francisco, and we have been met with his smiling face and hand shake ever since. You always know when Francisco will show up, as he arrives EXACTLY when he says he will (or will contact you if there's a delay), and will not stop working until he completes what he planned for the day. You will not have to contact your insurance company (other than putting in the claim), as Francisco does it all. Everything gets done efficiently and well. Francisco goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. It's almost like living in a brand-new home. And even though DMS is a new company, Francisco has many years of experience. Where other companies will do what is unnecessary, Francisco will do what's necessary to do a job well. If you want a worry-free experience and the burden of water damage taken off your shoulders 100+%, call Francisco Knight at DMS Restoration. He also restores damage from fire and smoke and thoroughly cleans up before he leaves for the day. I am only saying this because of my own personal experience with DMS Restoration.. Thanks Francisco! PS: There was one negative review for DMS on Thumbtack. The reviewer complained of communication problems and asked "Joe" to call him. As far as I know, Francisco is the only contact at DMS. I always call him and he always responds quickly. I believe this negative review is an error and I'd hate to see an error impact negatively on Francisco.

There a slab leak in my kithen. They dried out and removed all the wet cabinets.they installed new bottom cabinets, replace all the laminated flooring in kitchen. They were excelent in communicating with me and went out of their way to explain what needed to be done. Thank you Francisco (DMS Restoration) for helping to turn a nightmare into a beareble experience.
