They called to almost immediately to quote and confirm an appointment which was to be expected. I agreed to the terms and scheduled the appointment. As mentioned in our initial conversation I was called a day or two prior to confirm the appointment. This is where the accolades stop. On the day of service I received a text (not phone call) saying that the tech had been involved in an accident and they needed to reschedule to the next day. This was disappointing since I had plans for the following day and I had already removed a lot of items and was storing them in the bathrooms until the work was complete. This meant me having to again move the stuff out to be able to utilize the bathrooms and then move them back in to accommodate the work. I was assured that they could have the tech here early and that they would be finished before I needed to leave. So I agreed. It s now the day of the tech was suppose to be here by 8 am. It s now 9:21 am and I ve called and text several times and no response. This is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! Now not only do I have to find another professional to do the work, but I again have to find a suitable time within my schedule and move items back and forth in preparation. This has effected my timeline of other scheduled services and deliveries. NOT AT ALL A HAPPY CAMPER. This was my first time using Home Advisors and this was my experience. Please check these companies credibility before vouching for them.

Good worker. Did a good job, reasonable price. Company provided no paperwork at all - no written proposal, no bill, no invoice, no receipt.

The work quality was poor and then they ghosted me when I attempted to have the work repaired before paying.

Technician was courteous, friendly, on time and we were given a fair price. I would use this company again and recommend them to others
