Had some issues with communicating with another contractor but they were resolved

Arrived on time. All work was outstanding. Very nice people.

On time and as agreed on service. Did nice job cleaning up work site.

They were hired to install two doggie doors, build a fence with gate, and build a stairway from the deck. On the plus side--they came and finished promptly. One doggie door was installed inside out, and the latch on the gate at the top of the stairway does not work well. It is installed too close to the deck to easily clear. Also, the railing on the stair consists of two 2 x 4's joined roughly at the center -- should have been one piece of wood, or have been sanded so there wasn't a ridge. Also, the tops of all of the posts were uneven and rough; not shaped or topped with a cap of any kind. In all, it was very rough carpentry and not a finished product.

Could not have asked for better. Andy was easy to work with, efficient, skilled and polite. We had several projects that DNA completed, each were constructed perfectly, quickly and built to last. I would recommend DNA for all home improvement needs/projects. They are fantastic.

Pleasant, on time, accommodated my schedule and needs....my floor is beautiful and well done..... Andy was nice and helpful...I would happily recommend them to any of my friends....very happy

Am greatly impressed with the work of this company. He (Andy) arrived exactly on time, listened carefully to what I needed to be done and as promptly as possible attacked all small jobs. He worked on each job until completed then moved on to the next task. He was very efficient and knew how to accomplish each job. He was also pleasant and helpful throughout the job. Would hire this company again at any time.

I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied.
