I would recommend them to anybody. I re-hired them for drywall work and they are very polite and kept in touch the whole time for both projects.

Installed laminate flooring, left glue all over the floor, WHICH THE GLUE WAS FROM THE TILES THEY REMOVED TO LAY THE LAMINATE. They were walking across glue to brand new floor as it was being laid. I had to scrub the floor on my hands and knees for 2 hrs still dont have the glue off. The floor looks great where there isnt glue! But there is definitely a lot of glue. Black marks on the freshly painted kitchen walls and cabinets, glue marks inside the tub when they were sanding, from the shoes after walking on glue in kitchen. The bathroom was not cleaned after spackling, dust everywhere, all over the hall way walls, which I cleaned myself. I don t appreciate this service after #1, they were 4 hrs late. #2, I still bought them pizza after being late in hopes Id get good service, #3, I tried to be accommodating to them and not hold their lateness against them. #4, my cats were in a room from 12-9p, because they couldnt show up at 8a as scheduled. I was told they would be there at 8, have done in 3-4 hrs. Of course then running into issues with floor caused more delays, they worked til 9 & we asked that they come back the next day. I was thankfully not here for that escapade, my husband handled that part but it didn t go well. They are unorganized. Asking if I had a step stool, fan, it should of been brought with them. They are 2 young kids, maybe 20ish that was doing the spackling and laying floor the owner left for hours at a time. They really shouldnt of been left unsupervised because then my husband had to have them rip up some of the pieces in the kitchen to find a nail under one that should of been removed, the cutting along the walls is horrendous. Im really just appalled by the service $1600 or something down the drain. Heres your PRO: the owner was polite with my husband screaming in his ear over the phone. He took it like a champ! Im impressed. But you might wanna work with the mumbling in the background.

They remolded my living room and upstairs bedroom, they were very friendly, asked if there was anything else they could do, did a few complementary services, very reasonable, I would absolutely recommend them!
