He dealt with some ordering issues we had with the door we wanted and was able to go above and beyond to correct this. Debbie is extremely friendly and very responsive. Doug Rich did a small but difficult job that others didn't want to bother with.. He cut ceramic tile out to remove old dishwasher and replaced sub floor under it, had to make several adjustments to install new dishwasher and then replied/grouted tile back in place. He arrived exactly when he said he would , worked hard, was pleasant and did a great job. Also, Debbie Rich was very friendly to talk to when arranging appointment. I am very happy with their business and will use them again.
