    Charged me $95 for a visit, did not inspect anything on the refrigerator. I told him it wasn?t dispensing water, and he proceeded to tell me I needed a new logic board that cost $600 above the visit. Didn?t test the water filter, didn?t test for a frozen line or a solenoid. Called another company and it was a clogged water line. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

    Alexei came to the house and did nothing but tell me I NEEDED to pay $745 for a two parts â i got a second opinion and it was simply a loose screw. I was forced to pay $165 to get him to leave. For sure calling better business. Totally dishonest and completely unprofessional.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
