So far Mr. Dhiren, my architect has been on top of his game. Even before we had sat down to sign contract he had already gone to city to find out the info concerning my construction project. He works fast and has met deadline times of process. Would recommend him to anyone.

I hired him to get my home plans in order so I can get my plans approved and an addition to my home built. He gave me the plans, I printed them and I had to take them to city, the city kicked back the plans with corrections and notes that needed to be incorporated on to the plans - some of which are notes that he refuses to include because he says they're not for him to include. Now I am having to try and coordinate all the issues instead of him doing what I hired him to do. I just want my plans completed so that I can start my addition.

OMG, Do not hire this guy. Took 2 months to get the final plans and that was after giving him a drawing of the floor plan we wanted, he just had to do the engineering calculations and make sure everything was good to code. It was like pulling teeth to get him to meet with us after the initial "get a quote " meet. After the city approved the plans, our contractor found an issue, but he wouldn't correct it unless we paid him more money. Luckily we were able to get together with the contractor and the city and were able to correct it "in the field". If you are looking to add more time, stress and aggravation to your project, then by all means, hire this guy.

We had a small residential project we had to get approved through the City of Bellflower. Dhiren was very thorough and knowledgeable about what was needed by the city. He is very calm and an excellent architect. The cost was very reasonable. I had no idea what the cost would be, but it was within our budget. Thanks!

My wife and I had a reasonably small residential remodel of the master bedroom and en-suite. I had a very attentive and friendly architect, Mr. Shah. We agreed on an amount and I did have one change order that added a bit, but he was very fair in billing and payments. He was responsive to our needs, phone calls, and e-mails. He even met me at the city building department twice to assist with plan checking and permits. I recommend DNS highly and will definitely use them again for any future projects.
