What a great company for a messy job removing popcorn ceiling and then replacing it with a drop down ceiling. A great company that worked efficiently, timely and the cleanup was terrific. A crew of 6-7 folks were all very polite, did their jobs and very respectful of my home and furnishings. I would recommend this company for any ceiling work. Ann

I am very pleased with the work DNS Service and Maintenance Corporation did at my home. Daniel and his crew kept to the stated timeline of the job and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the job each day before they left. The job entailed popcorn removal, drywall repair and painting. They were very kind, thoughtful and extremely respectful of my home, even laying down protective floor coverings from the front door all the way back to the room they were working in and then sweeping the floors each day before they left. I was expecting dust from the popcorn removal to be all over my house, but not even a speck of dust could be found! They also did an excellent job painting the room. I am pleased with the cost and quality of their work and I would highly recommend this company. I will be definitely calling them again to help me in the next phase of my home repair and maintenance project!!!

I had three contractors scheduled to quote on the same day. My friends met each one with me. Daniel (DNS) was first. After the third one left, we all said, in unison, "The first guy was amazing." Daniel is professional yet extremely personable. You can just 'feel' he is honest and will take care of your home. He was also very reasonable. He and his crew showed up on time (a little early actually) and finished a day earlier than expected. The job was amazing and I'm expecting to use him again for my floors and outside paint. So glad I found him!

They arrived exactly on time for the estimate and the removal. The price for the wallpaper removal and drywall repair was very reasonable. They completed the job cleanly and quickly, including removing and then reinstalling medicine cabinets and a large mirror. They even repaired damage to the drywall that I had done when I tried to remove the drywall myself. I will have them back to do some other ceiling and drywall repair in my home. I recommend them highly!

The team team came to remove the popcorn ceilings were professional and very conscientious. They arrived on time and did the removal of the whole three bedroom house in one day. They came back, again on time, the next day to paint the ceilings. They did a great job with cleanup. This is a great value for the money.

Daniel and his crew were highly professional when repairing our master bath shower area. His team was very thorough with the repairs and immaculate with cleaning up. We now have a new, beautiful shower floor, water damage was fixed, walls repaired and a freshly painted bathroom. They are awesome!

I scheduled an appointment with DNS Service to get pricing on removing popcorn from ceilings and to inquire about the cost to repair ceiling in garage. Daniel came over the day I called, quoted a price that was reasonable and informed me when the company could start the project. DNS did a wonderful job! I am in awe when I look at the results. They were professional, did quality work in a timely manner and left my house immaculate. I would highly recommend this company.

DNS crew were very good, did what they said and cleaned up every evening . The work they did looks great. Had some rough textured walls and ceilings, they applied a level 5 finish and rooms they did look great. Will use them to do the balance of the rooms as remodeling continues.
