"The door in question was a pre-existing door which we would have been more than happy to adjust for you but I never received any message about this nor do I remember ever being asked about a leak anywhere. There were not even any water lines on this job. As far as faceplates being cracked my guy mentioned it to me and we brought new ones out the next day and replaced them. Sorry, you were not happy with our service although I know that you did love the room. I was just glad I was able to help you change parts out on your main electrical box when the a/c people blew it up and cut all power to your house. That saved you thousands of dollars and days with no power and I did that all at no charge."
