Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
We had intermittent drain issues with our kitchen drain for years. I was able to clear it with a snake that attaches to a drill....until I couldn't. Mr. Downs to the rescue! He was prompt polite and got all the grease and gunk out of that drain and line. The people that built the house must have poured a lot of grease down the drain. A few years have gone by and it's still working great. Then an unnamed member of the family flushed something down the toilet. I gave Mr. Downs a call and he walked me through some basics and with his advice I was able to get it out myself. I tried to send him $20 via VenMo as a thank you for helping me over the phone since it didn't require a service call but he wouldn't accept it. He is a solid guy. (I'm still going to find a way to at least get him lunch haha). I would gladly recommend this business for anyone fighting with clogged drains and other plumbing issues.

Used Kevin service before and it was excellent. Called him about a slow running toilet. Tried all kinds of Drano type stuff to no avail. Kevin recommended a certain toilet cleaner only available at a local plumbing supplier. Worked like a charm. Kevin saved me a service call. Highly recommended!

Downs was incredible. Until the entire clogged pipe was cleared Kevin worked and worked until the water would go down. He returned the next day to make sure that all was working well. We are so impressed with Kevin.
