DP Building & Remodeling

I have no complaints about the quality of work but the project is taking far too long. We are now in the 13th month and not yet 1/2 finished. Contractor only works a few hours on saturdays and not every saturday. We have made repeated requests to complete the project faster but to no avail. Contract was written for payments to be made at the start of each part of the project. All major parts were started so the draws were taken but most have not been completed. We have now paid more than the original contract amount so the contractor has our money and we have a huge mess.

He came when he said he would and finish the job as scheduled. He did a very good job for a reasonable price. I'd recommend him.

Donnie was very professional and knowlegable about the project. He was easy to reach during the planning phase when I had questions and came up with several suggestions as far as what materials to use and what the end results would be. If he was delayed for any reason during the building process he would always call. I would definately use him again.

Had to replace the Patio Door quickly. Picked D.P. Building because of the price and the ability to replace the door in the timely manner. The job was finished quickly and on time. Dan from D.P. building is very knowledgeable about home improvement projects. Made several suggestions that, saved me some money. I would definitely recommend D.P. Building to anybody i know.

Very good customer service - I had made a change as to where the gates were to be installed after the job started and Don was very willing to make the change.

Donie was on time and on price. Very clean operation and professional. Very considerate.

haven't had install as yet. It is scheduled for next week. Don kept in touch answered all questions and priced several types of fence for me. He was very patient with me in my decision making process....so I am certain he will do a good job.

Dilligent, good problem solver I liked his work so much I recommended DP Building to my parents and I,m going to have him do work at my office.

Don originally told us the job would take about a week. We did add a few extras, but nothing that took all that long to do. The job took seven weeks. Don does have good ideas, and he is able to implemement them, but the work was sloppy. He did not seem to care how it looked. His original estimate seemed fair, but the few extras we added to the job were way overpriced. I would have thought that he would have tried much harder to make us happy, as we were planning on having him do a lot more work if we were happy with his work. We were very disappointed.

Very professional and reasonable. I would definitely hire them again, they did a fantastic job.

It took a while to get the project started. But Don and his guys were quick and profressional. Bathroom was done in a week. Job site was cleaned up at the end of everyday. The bathroom looks great. Very pleased.

D.P. Building did an excellent job building an addition onto my home, expanding a bathroom, and finishing a room in my basement. The quality of the workmanship is very good, and they were very pleasant and acccommodating to work with.

Besides the bathroom, they had the best quote on windows and installed those also. The crew was courteous and very congenial / personable. The owner is very conscientious and professional. They were on the job everyday, and sometimes on Saturday (after asking if that was okay). Good cleanup and finishing. Would recommend to anyone for a small or large job.

Very professional and they did great work. I will hire them for future projects.
