These guys are crooks! They have taken $98,600.00 from us to do the work. Now, they say they have COVID and cannot work and they do not want to refund the money. If you ask them **where have you spent the money?** they do not want to show you anything! They have taken the contract money, which, they promised to put in an escrow account! I am a senior citizen who has taken out $100,000.00 from my 401K plan for this and now, they do not want to pay me back nor want to work. I am now taking them to court. Please, do not give them any money, as they are greedy people. They do not pay the money to the contractors either! They were supposed to do: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Deck, Driveway, Garage door, all the doors, Painting, Insulation, Entrance, Roofing, Gutters, Siding, Kitchen cabinets, and countertops, etc. They signed the contract, Please, do not give them any work, they have a very poor quality of work. They had the contract to pay them $125,000 before a final inspection was done and we would hold on to $25,000.00 until we got a certificate of occupancy. They said they are not working because of COVID... Well then, how are you paying your bills? They said **we are hand to mouth**. And yet, I see them working here and there, but they do not want to finish MY work, which was supposed to be finished by last year, back in November. They milk your money out from you, and they will tell the inspector that some of the things are not normal. They want $40,000 to fix the roof, but I got it fixed for $2,200.00. For putting the pole? They wanted $8000.00 (but, I got it done for $900.00). Please, do not give them money until you get satisfactory work done. They promised me **Do not worry about anything, we will get everything done and we will get you a Certificate of Occupancy in no time** The whole project has been delayed for one year! This is just a warning for any who wants to get work is done by them (They are a Husband and Wife team). They were begging for the work before the contract, but, after getting the money? They do not want to talk to me! Does HomeAdvisor NOT want to take any action against them?

Really nice people, however, the quality of the work they do is not good and you really need to stay on top of them if you want anything done. They do not take precautions to protect the house (our hardwood floors are ruined in some areas) and they pay very little attention to detail. The tile work in particular was very poor. The tiles in the shower walls are uneven some stick out further from the wall than others. In addition, there is grout all over the face of the tiles on the shower walls and bathroom floors. They also did not pitch the floor properly in our walk-in shower so that the water pools to the left of the drain and we have to push the water towards the drain when we are done showering. There are a few issues that they did fix after we pointed them out, like water leaking from the exhaust fans and the toilets rocking, but a professional should not have made those mistakes in the first place.

I hired this company for a full kitchen renovation. The floor was not done properly, it was uneven with cracked tiles and grouts are not in place properly, tiles are moving and some plumbing issues. Unfinished paintwork. They did not take all the garbage. I had to rehire another contractor to fix all the problems (PLUMBING, FLOORING). They took my cabinet molding saying it needs to be cut. They still did not drop the moldings off Its been 5 months already. They do not answer my messages.

The work that was done was good, but as the project went on, they became less reliable about showing up when promised, keeping deadlines, and returning calls. Eventually they had a problem with their insurance and never returned. They left projects undone (projects that were paid for), and never returned items that were purchased for the project, including an entire vanity.

This company is un reliable and slow they don't have enough man power nor money to support job if your doing a 203k loan it's been seven weeks and I don't even have a roof or boarding and sheeting and siding on my house they don't protect your house and I have nothing but water damage to my whole entire house that now has to be re done my kitchen is destroyed and etc I would diffently not recommend this company for big projects there negligence to your property they don't care about the customer or to sasify the customer all they care about is money and to not follow project specs or to do things according to code they simply don't know what to do I highly would not recommend this company
