DPL CLEANING SERVICES

We were extremely disappointed with DPL Cleaning. We hired them to deep clean our new house before we moved in; it was completely empty. When I booked, they asked for the square footage and flooring, so they had the info they needed to properly approach the job. Unfortunately, a surprising amount of basic cleaning was simply not done. For example, they didn?t clean the family room mantel, clean inside the oven, fully sweep the kitchen, or dust the ceiling fans. And those are just a few examples. I reached out afterward, and they did offer to come back and address what they had missed. But by then, we?d already cleaned some of it ourselves, which defeated the entire purpose of hiring them. We were so excited to move into a sparkling clean home. Instead, we found a mantel caked in dust, a huge dog bone under the kitchen cabinets, a filthy oven, and more. For $1,200, this was a major disappointment and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend DPL Cleaning.

Priscilla and her partner showed up on very short notice when a previous hire from a different source did an awful job. So accommodating and both were very pleasant and worked very hard and did a fabulous job. It was a very hot week to move into a new place and my husband and I were desperate to take a shower in a clean step in shower. It was wonderful, and much needed. We will call them back for sure!
