Trustworthy, and the crew did a good job.

We are very pleased that we selected D. Parks Tree Service to do some limb pruning off a big oak tree. Dustin was very prompt in returning our call and his crew was out the next day to do the job.The cleanup was just like you wanted it. Thanks for a great job. Steve

A little late getting started but did call and let me know. A little more than I wanted to pay but he did come off his initial quote some. Once they got going, they really got going. Only took about six hours. Overall I’m pretty pleased with the job

Dustin & his crew did an amazing job. I was installing an above ground pool & needed to clear out some trees. The rest of my backyard was a weed forest. They not only took down the trees but cleared out the forest for me. They are a great group of gentlemen. I would most definitely hire again!

Dustin's team cut and trimmed the trees we discussed perfectly, and when free climbing was required to reach the limbs, it was done masterfully. The foreman was very conscientious to complete the project as was agreed to with Dustin, removing all limbs, logs and other cutting debris with a huge truck with an amazing log an limb grabber. This business has the equipment, experience and work ethic we need for these projects. They are equipped to handle most any cutting size job, and I'm convinced if my experience with them is an indication, they carry the same attitude and determination to every job they do, small or large. I'm pleased to recommend D. Parks Tree Service. No question I will call on them again.

For the money, he did remove trees.Not low impact on the yard. Dropped trees in the yard on top of flower beds,hitting limbs on other trees.

Dustin and crew did a great job taking down 2 trees in my backyard. The got right to the job and cleaned up when finished. Would have them again and will recommend to friends and family

Took too long for what should have been a quick job. Had to follow up multiple times instead of being updated on when job was to be completed. Overall, project was completed but too much longer than expected and communication on delays was poor.

Everything they did was awesome from customer service to clean up. We had 2 trees cut down in front yard and you would never know they were here when they finished. Great job and would recommend to everyone

They were prompt, friendly and easy to work with . I have already given their name to three friends. I had a little lower rating on service in that I am waiting for them to return to finish moving the last of the limbs but it has been raining. Today is the first sunny day and it is Sunday.

They showed up on time, went to work, and did not waste time or goof off. Excellent company!

Communication with the customer is lacking. Asked to come out on the following Thursday but showed up on that Monday, three days early. Did not call to notify. And issues continued from there. The price is good, but you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

I had a tree fall on my house during a storm. They came the next day cut the tree up into large sections and left them just laying in a natural area in the center of my front yard for ( Two days shy of one month). After our last conversation he sent his crew out the next day and finished the job. As to recommending this company, that's for you to decide.

Did a good job and cleaned up nicely

Returned call and came out to look at what we needed done. They were on time and did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable for the job. We had cut down several large trees and removed the stumps, so there was a lot of wood and debris to be removed. We will use them again as needed.

The tree I had removed was in my back yard. There were no cars in my driveway, nor a fence up yet in the backyard. I talked with what I assume was the owner on a Monday to see when they would be out, and he said they were going to wait for it to dry up a bit, which I was 100% ok with and agreed to. Tuesday I received a text saying they would be there by noon(it had rained all morning). I have done landscaping and worked with leaders before, so I was prepared for my small side yard to be damaged leading to the tree. When I got home from work I saw that they drove over the curb through my neighbors yard and made deep tracks in her yard and had dropped the large pine into her yard and left debris everywhere. When I called again to tell them this was unacceptable I was told, "it's just the grass laid over", when there are clear tracks where all of the grass is gone in multiple areas. He did however send someone to clean up some of the debris, still not all of it. So at this point I have paid for a full truckload of dirt to fill in the tracks (which still didn't fill all of them) and grass seed to put on all of the spots that I had to fill.

We had a 3 trunked river birch that was close to our house. They were on time and did an excellent job of removing the tree and cleaned up my yard. The price was reasonable and I would use them again.
