DQR Electric

My builder hired this company. They did all the electrical work. I wanted to write this review because Sean the guy who did the work was so wonderful I knew that the first time I met him. Very smart, kind and honest. I recommend him highly. He just kept plugging away at problems until he fixed them. So incredibly easy to deal with and talk to. Thank you.

Dan quoted a great price and did excellent work. He went above and beyond the agreed work, was efficient, timely and highly professional. He deserves 10 stars and is the only electrician you should hire.

I am very satisfied with the results and performance of DQR Electric on the installation of a new electric service panel in my home. DQR Electric provided a schedule with start date and time for the installation and a projected completion time on that day. Work was performed very efficiently and the schedule progress was very accurately maintained, as promised. The work was completed accurately the first time with no electrical performance issues observed or needing correction. They left the work areas neat and clean before departing. All of the team that performing my electric panel installation were very knowledgeable in the technical aspects of the job and were very willing, able and patient in answering all questions. During my initial evaluation of DQR Electric's proposal, the qualifications of the team members were evaluated and found to be properly licensed and very experienced; on the day of installation, I found the team members to be friendly and honest people. As for DQR Electric's credentials, I found them very established in the community, meeting all insurance requirements and their past performance in similar work very acceptable. DQR Electric provided an initial cost estimate for the job and performed the installation as originally projected and without any incidental cost increases. I will surely look to DQR Electric for home electrical support in the future.

DQR is my go-to electrician from now on. We needed some quick electric work done to close out an old permit to finalize an estate sale for a relative's house. Dan was ultra professional, returning all of my calls immediately, and I can be a bother. He always took time to answer my questions, and I had many. In the "going above and beyond" department, when neither my husband or I was available to be at the home when the building inspector came, Dan personally made the time to be there to make sure the job was successfully closed out. I'm not used to this level of customer service. It really made my day to know that I didn't have to worry about this work getting done quickly, and exceptionally well. Thank you Dan and DQR! I couldn't more highly recommend you to anyone looking for electrical work.
