DRDS Landscaping

They did EXACTLY what they said they would do!! The job was to take down a 100ft+ mature tree in the backyard, grind out stump and root system, remove all scrub weeds along 120ft of falling down fence, remove and replace fence, add to large landscape beds with weed block and mulch, install 20 plantings we purchased and sod remaining areas disturbed by large tree removal and scrub cleaning. They were hardworking, flexible as we made some minor changes as they progressed, had insurance and cleaned up completely! We will use them again and have already recommended them.

Me and Wife Love our Privacy Fence they were Professional always answered my texts and also there employees were very hard workers got to my home on time and very fast they did and amazing job I will recommend to any one in the west irondequoit area and also worked with me with pricing gave me an amazing deal 5 stars!!!!!

They never supplied a written quote detailing what materials they would use or what exactly we were hiring them for, and ended up edging with the wrong stone. Never supplied a written receipt, so I had them sign the copy of the job I had him give to me. Their website indicates the name of the company would be displayed on all clothing and trucks, but nowhere was that true! They ran out of stone for edging so used a different stone at the end until we noticed and made them come back to change it. Sidewalk they put together was very nice though so I paid them but would never recommend it!!

I would have liked a written receipt. Would however, recommend. Fast work, courteous workers. They came back when I called with little fix.

The worst nightmare that my husband and I had to Experience with the owner DRDS, first thing when they should up they Tore down my existing fence then he brings out his fence thank God my husband was home, he started to put it up and it was 5 inches too short.. my husband said what are you doing it is to short the owner said oh I am sorry my Measurements were incorrect!! He told my husband that he is going to lowes and came back two hours later and told my husband he had to special order and it will be here in one week. So after one week, we tried to call him a few days passed he call us Tuesday of 19 -22 to tell us the fence is in a he and his crew would be over Wednesday morning to put it up, well he came around 2:00 and told us that lowes had did not have anything , ok by this point this guy was no Professional and just kept leading us on so finally I had enough and I told DRDS I am done put up my fence that you took down and showed him what the deers Have eaten so many of my plants which cost me around 400.00 about a month ago. We both agreed that he would reimburse me for my plants plus reimburse my husband and me for the aggravation of the stress of dealing with this dirt ball. He never came back at all. So I am writing on every social media and Angi, how could you run a background check on this person I asked customer service, he is not a professional worker at all!!! He has no clue what he is doing!! Beware of him DRDS.
