He is not truthful and he does not show up when he is supposed to. He quoted one price and then changed it.

Asked for payment up front to order parts for a small job and never showed up to do the work. Stopped responding to texts/calls and mailbox is full. This business is a scam.

Ill not recommend Dream Designz to do any work in fan coolers.

Good communication

Dominic did a great job of making things right. We had some problems along the way. He worked with me to make sure I was happy. Some of the problems were because we sprung a last minute change order on him. he was accommodating, but it complicated things. Excellent financial value. One thing I would say is that because he is not a big company, he does not have a giant work van stocked with parts - lots of trips back and forth to the hardware store, but he charged a flat fee, not by the hour - so it did not affects us financially.
