Very good communication. Explained exactly what I needed done. I had water damage to my subfloor and he saved what he could. Explained what I needed and why. Very reasonable pricing for repairs and installing laminate flooring. Always very professional, and detailed oriented. I am extremely pleased with the quality work that was done.
