Expensive for a few minutes work. The inspection took maybe 1/2 hour and was about $600 or $700 (can't remember exactly but it was a lot)

Got DRH to analyze structural damage due to a large tree in my backyard. They did a great job and wrote a thorough report. Would recommend.

They arrived very promptly and promised a 3 day turnaround. Andy was very professional and grasped what we needed quickly. It was the most exspensive quote we received but we selected them because they were prompt and knowledgeable. However they took several weeks to complete our project and they billed us more than the original verbal quote. Nevertheless, I would recommend this company and use them again.

I called him to examine an issue found during a home inspection. He came out quickly, took pictures, examined inside and out. Gave a verbal report that was quickly followed by a written one. This allowed us to quickly move past this issue and on with selling our home.

No way would I recommend Dave to anybody after my experience. He didn't take any pictures, notes or measurements during his assessment. The first set of drawings he gave me to the county failed inspection due to a lack of details. He cited the wrong building code design criteria on the stamped drawings and had to be reminded of changes/adjustments repeatedly. After the drawings failed, he fixed them but didn't stand by the quality of his work and charged me additional money. Dave repeatedly said he'd have things done by a certain day, and then it was delayed again and again. One thing I really don't like about structural engineers in general is that they do not provide you with a CAD export of the drawings. You're locked into their services unless you're willing to pay somebody else to completely rework the drawings from scratch. In my case, it was an easy decision to go with another engineer and eat the cost for new drawings. I paid Dave what we agreed to initially and then some. I made changes that Dave accommodated for a premium. I don't feel I got my money's worth and after talking with additional professionals, I am not alone in my opinion.

I have answered your survey once before, you have called me about this, if I receive any more emails, or phone calls I will never use your service again. The only disappointing part of dealing with this company, is you keep calling me and sending me emails. I used your service I told you recommendation for a engineer was great, now leave me alone I have no time for this ridiculous nonsense.

He showed up on time, did the work, got us a report back in a quick manner, but he was higher priced than all of the other professionals of his type, but we need the work quickly and he was able to provide that.
