We look at your structural issue and give you an independent professional analysis of the issue and summarize our findings and recommendations in a certified professional report. We also provide certified construction plans for renovations, repairs and new construction for both residential and commercial projects. "This client did not like the results of my inspection so she disses me. I guess it is the old adage , Please don't kill the messenger."
"I am very much surprised at this review. Frankly this is a case where the customer did a lot of work without permits and was cited and then asked me to accommodate his deadlines set by the County Inspector which were unrealistic. I told him the initial submission would probably have comments because of the rush and the plans would need to be adjusted. I was basically working for him at an initial low fee with changes and revisions on an hourly basis. He never expressed any displeasure with my work while I was working with him and even stated my fees were much lower than other engineers. In hind sight I should not have taken on the project."
