I recently fired a European Cleaning Service because they were horrible. I used Home Advisor before and decided to search for a reliable cleaning company because I didn t know anyone else to call. I read all the reviews from the list and was very impressed with the positive remarks from Dulce s clients. She definitely stood out from the other companies! I requested a quote and she called me within an hour. I explained my expectations and scheduled to meet the following day. She arrived on time, I gave her a tour of my home and was very clear about how I wanted my house cleaned. I m a clean freak with 3 dogs that shed. Yesterday Dulce showed up with an entire crew of ladies and commercial grade equipment and supplies. They spent 3 hours cleaning from top to bottom. Definitely passed the white glove test! I am so thrilled with the attention to detail. These ladies worked very hard. They never took a break and were very professional. They moved furniture, cleaned baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, cabinets, doors, tv s, made the beds, actually cleaned items on the night stands, dressers, bookshelves and cleaned the surfaces. And so much more! I am so grateful to have found Dulce! She feels like an old friend that I look forward to having come back to visit. I know I can trust her in my home if I m not here and that is a huge relief. Thank you Dulce and ladies!!

They do a great job, very thorough cleaning. Fixed many problems from our last cleaners.

They were very professional and quick. Dulce works along with her crew and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were not the cheapest, but worth the money to have my home cleaned by honest, hardworking women.

Dulce and her team are wonderful. They have been cleaning our home twice a month for over a year. As they have gotten to know our home, they remember our preferences and rarely if ever to we need to remind them. My husband has a lot of allergies and they are very careful to use the products we've asked them to use. The only reason they aren't 5 out of 5 on customer service is that they don't always hit their arrival time. We work around it because it's not that big of deal to us. Dulce goes out of her way to take care of our home.

They were so professional and fast. Dulce was great, she came by to give me an estimate and an hour later her and her crew were here and done within a half hour. My mom is hard to please and never wants anyone else to clean. She now wants to hire them to clean the house.

Quick response once I contacted Home Advisor. They arrived as scheduled. Very pleasant. I've had my windows washed by another company for years that went out of business. That company used something on the windows that left them streakless. Dulce did it old school, leaving some streaks here and there. But overall, a good job.

We moved into a new house that had been remodeled - floors and paint - and we had Dulce come in and clean before we moved in. Paid $400 and expected a spotless home. There were a few places that could have been cleaned again which I mentioned to Dulce. She offered to come back immediately which we very much appreciated.
