DRMP Concrete

Less than 2 years after work was completed we discovered the work was not completed properly. The concrete heaved during the winter and damaged our house. Now, I am reaching out to this contractor and they are no where to be found. Does Home Advisor have any kind of guarantee?

Customer service is very poor. First year I have cracks in my new concrete sidewalk. Now the driveway has a crack the width of the driveway along with numerous other cracks. Also, There is numerous pitting in the concrete. It is a costly project, and they are not addressing my concerns. A 5 year warranty is worthless if there is no follow up or attempt by company to repair the driveway and sidewalk. The initial job looked great but now the cracks are unacceptable. The driveway is only over a year old.

Very impressed overall with DRMP. They contacted us quickly and had a salesman out within a few days to quote a new concrete patio. It was poured in a day and they were out the next morning to make the cuts and we were using it later that day. They specialize in concrete patios and where other companies were hesitant about various colors and stamping, DRMP was not.

They went above and beyond what other companies offered. I can't say enough good things! They also managed to not destroy my grass with their machines. :-)

My experience with DRMP was everything I expected and more. I asked to have my large driveway replaced, gave them my hopeful timeframe. They found a slot of time, showed up and completed my driveway in a day, and I love it. They not only replaced the driveway but they ramped the block sidewalk up to match the driveway. That to me was a huge deal, because my usual experience is for the contractor to say thats not my issue and walk away. The crew was professional, respectful and friendly, and yes I would hire them again without question. Thank you, Steve

Slight bump with the first estimator. Once that got sorted everything went smoothly an quickly.

I hired DRMP to pour a stamped concrete patio in my back yard. The patio itself is very nice. But that is about the only thing that is positive about the experience. We had a timeline that we needed met and a budget. I voiced what my budget was and what we wanted for the project. I was not comfortable paying 100% of the budget so suggested a smaller area. My husband disagreed and wanted the patio a little bigger so we decided to go all in. Our sales guy was friendly and personable, but not once did he tell us that since our yard sloped, we would need some sort of retaining wall around the patio. The first team came in and excavated the area (dumping the the clay and rocks on my veggie garden, destroying the garden box). The second team came in and poured the patio, leaving screws and debris all over the place and part of the framework, which I had to remove myself before it could be sealed by the next guy. Now the patio is "done". We go outside to take a look at our awesome new backyard only to discover that there is gravel and rock everywhere; pouring out from all around the concrete because we don't have a retaining wall keeping it all in and hiding the ugly edge of the concrete. Now we have to spend hundreds more to fix this because it cant be left this way. I don't know anything about pouring a concrete patio, so I had no idea it would be left unfinished around the edge. No one mentioned it would be like this. Not when I expressed what my budget was, or when I said that I needed it done before an event we were having at our house last weekend! This is NOT a finished product! My back yard looks like a construction zone, and I have no more money to fix it. The cherry on top....I have emailed, called, and left messages with 2 numbers, with no response. But they have a satisfaction guarantee... sure.

Everyone I worked with on deciding what to do with my damaged sidewalk was professional, helpful, and really listened to what I needed. The crew that removed the old broken sidewalk and the crew that made me a beautiful new sidewalk and patio were excellent. Amy in the office was so helpful. Jeff did a great job in helping me with what to do. Zack who put my gate back together better than it was. The sidewalk and patio are so much better than I had imagined. I would hire DRMP again in a heartbeat. Which is funny because I didn't want concrete in the beginning - but I love it.

Another company cancelled my project. DRMP came to the rescue and got the project done on time. The project lead, Ryan, did a great job of listening to our needs and keeping everything moving efficiently.

The work done by DRMP is by far the best concrete work I have ever seen. The crews that came were totally professional and knew what needed to be done and did it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Driveway looks wonderful and they had a great idea on adding more space.

This company works under two names. RRGMP and DRMP Concrete. I hired them to install a new driveway and walkway and made the mistake of having them do the landscaping around the house. The landscaping part was $8800. I am pleased with the driveway and walkway. The landscaping is the problem. They agreed to remove all rocks,plant 80 plants add mulch and border with pavers. There was nothing in writing and NO landscaping plan or design. The crew was very nice but fresh out of high school and not experienced landscapers. There was no weed barrier put down. That has been a real problem. As the plants died or were eaten by rabbits it became apparent that plantings were too scarce. After a dozen calls or emails a guy finally came out and planted another nine plants bringing the total to 74. Where the mulch has washed away you can see the rocks that were left behind. This was done in June. By mid September I finally gave up. No one would believe our house was professionally landscaped.

They are also known as DRMP Concrete & Masonry. We hired them to remove concrete, install stamped concrete sidewalks/steps- which are nice, but the stain and sealer were bad- took many calls to get back out to fix. They also brought in black dirt and put down $300 of grass seed- which is nothing but weeds. Our yard looks horrible! Very disappointed! Tried to get back out, but no reply. They do not live up to their pledge- "Service is our business, Perfection is our goal, Satisfaction is our Guarantee" We Do NOT Recommend!

The wall looks excellent and will not move. The process to build it was complicated and hard to get to. It will take time to get grass and lawn back.

Mike is nice to deal with and is more of a "handshake" guy than he is at writing detailed estimates. All in all it was a good experience except for the mess left by the actual crew. There were a lot of nails left for me to clean up as well as other garbage thrown around my yard, half-eaten burritos and job-related debris.

Concrete co left out fiber, but owner made it right with extra reinforcement plus salt protection. Satisfied with the result. Very responsive people. Crew worked hard and were very friendly. Nice job.
