Patrick was extremely helpful from Day 1. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in the industry. I had no idea where to turn and he recognized my level of anxiety and walked me through what to expect. The crew installed my new roof professionally in less than a day, was respectful of my property and left me feeling very happy with the new install and relieved that the project was a success. They have quality workmanship and materials. My problem was with my pool. They told me I would not even know they were there when they cleaned up. The morning of the install, I noticed that the pool was covered by tarps that were holy and not fully covering the pool. I sent the picture to the project manager. He said not to worry. We would have no problems. That evening, I spent 2 hours cleaning nails, shingle, aggregate, and a wrapper from the pool.

2100 sq. foot home with a detached garage New roof installed in one day . Not the cheapest or the most expensive but the presentation by James Duff sold us on the application . He answered every question to our satisfaction ... The installation crew worked very hard and with a complete cleanup , Proud to have made the correct choice . All the costs were fully explained in their contract , with no cost add ons . THANKS DR Roofing and James Duff..

Robert Randazzo did an awesome job explaining the process and was there threw the whole thing. The crew was great and knocked it out in one day. The crew did fabulous cleaning up too. Would highly recommend Robert (281-841-0434) this company. My new roof is beautiful.

They are a great company! Robert was my salesman such a nice man and really knew his stuff he even picked my color for my shingles! he was spot on! We had a few hiccups but Michael worked with me and did a fantastic job. So kind and considerate knowing how stressful everything is this day and time. DR Roofing did an awesome job on our new roof. Kristen was very easy to work with, very responsive, and professional. Cleanup crews were really great at making sure everything was cleaned and carried away. We have a pool and not one bit of trash or debris was in pool after the job was completed. I was very impressed with their quality of work and would definitely use them again.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
This company was quick to schedule and the crew did a good job repairing a leak in the flashing in our roof. However, the price was highly marked up. We were quoted $1,200 for the repair, which seemed high, but I was unsure of the work scope required for the fix. Ultimately, the crew of two fixed it in 1.5 hours with very few materials. The company was inflexible when I asked for a reduction in price given the low work scope. I would doubt the roofers are paid $400 an hour, so I would suggest using a different contractor for roofing repairs to get a better value.

We have a set price for all roof leak repairs that include the amount of material and labor involved in a typical leak. We do not try to extend the time and the amount of material used in order to make it "seem" as though more work was performed or needed. We were able on this particular day to send two of our roof repair specialists to get the job done efficiently and correctly. We are sorry that you feel you did not get the value that you paid for, but we also do not negotiate signed contracts after the work is completed. We value you as a customer and wish you nothing but the best. Thank you for the opportunity."

They installed hard I plank siding, several new doors and painted. Work was completed in a timely manner to our satisfaction. They are reasonably priced. Very thorough work crews.

I have known the owner for a number of years personally as well having dealt with him professionally, I have found his honesty and transparency, his diligence and his follow up to be impeccable.
