Reviews
Write a ReviewDry Roofing Incom seems to operate with complete disregard for local permitting and HOA approval requirements. After a complete tile roof replacement, we have struggled to become compliant with both requirements. Nearly a year after the reroof was supposedly completed , we are receiving violation notices and possible fine warnings from the City of Fort Myers for non permitted work and we can not get HOA approval until our newly installed roof vents are painted to match requirements. Four foot roof vents were installed without necessary baffles to prevent future wind driven water leakage. Communication with Dry Roofing Incom has gotten no results, just more frustrating delay.
Job was started and finished in August. As of October the gutters are not finished. Sam reassured me he would get it done. Sam is unresponsive to my calls and messages.
Very professional. Did a good job.
Very good company
Sam is very easy to work with his work is done in a timely manner and good quality
Sam(owner) is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Fair pricing and professional. As a real estate agent in SWFL I am always needing quality vendors to refer to my clients.
Samâ  s crews did a great job! Also Sam kept us advised throughout the process. He said what he was going to do and when, then did it, for a reasonable price I might add. I was impressed and have already recommended Dry Roofing to others.
The crew did a good job .
They were very prompt about providiing a bid and finding tiles. I wish I didn'y have to ask for spare tiles (seems to be an industry practice to provide spares in case of an emergency). Sam, our contact, was very personable and knowledgeable
Thank for your review. As matter of fact, extra tiles were left on the left side of your house the day the roof was completed. We did not deliver any extra tile because you asked for the tile. We simply took pictures of the tiles that were left by the crew at your house. It's unfortunate that there was a miscommunication as to the location of the tiles. We sincerely thank for the opportunity to work with you.
I interviewed three contractors. Sam M. The Owner was the most down to earth person. Honest with no BS. Had a great crew. Tony the Forman was excellent. Cleaned and picked up and very easy job.
