If I could give a negative star, I would. We had an issue with a broken pipe in our wall which caused water damage to the 2 adjoining rooms. Dry Medic dried out the two rooms and said they would call within 24-48 hours to schedule the reconstruction. After 7 days we called and was told that the issue was a help up estimate. I have had to repeatedly call to get any information on the status of our project, and was repeatedly blown off. In addition, their phone number takes you to an automated answering service that does not provide any indication of who you are calling. After trying to get this scheduled several times I was told by their representative that they would call our adjuster personally. Our adjuster received no call, and no estimate. When I texted the rep to say that we were moving on they reacted with a thumbs up. See the screenshot. Not something I would call professional, respectful, or courteous. They did not follow through with what they said they were going to do,
