When I had water damage in my basement due to a busted old pipe, my insurance company sent DRYmedic to assess the damage. Dan came out and was kind, friendly, professional and so loving to my dog. He estimated, took pictures and communicated with insurance. One the process of cleaning everything up was done, my insurance gave the option to use DRYmedic to restore the damaged property including new carpeting, paneling and trim. I chose DRYmedic again because of Dan and Jim and the whole team who were so incredibly kind and easy to work with. This situation could have been incredibly stressful, but Dan and Jim were so great at communicating and responding and they loved having my dog as part of their "crew" when they came to the house. I am so thankful for this company and the exceptional service and work they provided.
