I hired D&R to remodel two bathrooms. I checked out multiple contractors and found that D&R was the most reasonable bid. They talked through the project with me too understand my goals. I supplied most of the materials and they were able to work with what I provided to create two amazing looking bathrooms. They were flexible with my schedule for picking a start date. On the last day I asked if they could put up shelving, a task that was not on the original proposal. They were happy to do it. Overall, D&R was a great contractor to work with and I will definitely use them for my next home project.

Daniel and his crew were exceptional! Work was done on time and with respect to our property. The out come was just what we wanted!

Contractors have great communication flexibility and overall great customer service. I was indeed satisfied with the work they provided to get the dream job done.

i signed a contract with him in may of 2022 and gave him more than half the money down in june of 2022, he did not start work on it until november of that same year, every thing he did had to be redone the garage floor the stairs the wrong color paint on the exterior I hired a different contractor to finish the work. he told me the paint was unavailible and it was they just had to mix it and I gave him not only the codes but the color name. He did not provide his sub contractors with a print I provided the foundation was put in incorrectly and the lvl closest to the garage door opening was supposed to be thirteen feet on center from the garage opening and it is only eleven feet eleven iches hence the garage door will not open fully and it is going to cost me ten thousand dollars minus tax to raise it into the floor joists to the second floor. He failed to compact my soil and beneath the walk way on the north side sank under the concrete and he indicated when they ripped it out they would compact it, well they did not they just attempted to fill it with concrete. I could go on and on about this job and the incompetance of this contractor, I would just tell you buyer beware.

We had three comparable estimates for our deck expansion. We chose DVR because of their enthusiasm and friendliness. There were a few hiccups due to a lag in material availability, but once work started, the crew worked very hard and were innovative. Always polite and helpful, this crew is certainly to be admired. We are very happy with our sturdy new deck and stairs!

Slow starting but did the job quickly once started.

DVR was easy to work with and quick to respond to my request for a quote. Once everything was settled, the work was done pretty quickly (Although there were some issues with ordering materials that caused a delay.) The only downside was that there were some hiccups in communication and planning and we ended up with unfinished trim in one of the rooms. Again, not a huge deal since that's an easy fix, but just make sure you're clear and both sides understand the full vision for the job.

I was ver impressed with how quickly the got back to us on our initial inquiry. From the quote to the finished results they communicated well and attended to the smallest details. Thank you.

DVR construction did an incredible job. Bobby was the primary person that did the work and he did a great job. Daniel, the owner, is a very personable person and strides to make sure his clients are happy and goes out of the way to make sure that his clients are happy with the work. Our kitchen flooded and it was at the beginning of the pandemic when everything was shut down. Daniel worked hard to keep the project moving forward since we had no kitchen. He talked and fought with our insurance adjuster and make them understand what needed to be done compared to what they only wanted to cover. It was very nice to see a contractor fighting more for us than what the insurance company was. As for trust, we had no issues in having to leave anyone from DVR Construction alone within our home if needed. All the employees are very nice and trustworthy, which is important to know and feel as at times you have to leave someone within your home while you are gone. DVR Construction did such and amazing job that we hired them for another job in our basement and will be calling them back to do a bathroom remodel as well. The price they charged was very reasonable compared to other companies and the work, again was great.

Daniel is easy to talk to. He listened to me when I described what I wanted and made it a reality. He has been respectful of my budget and has been creative in helping me stay on budget.
