Denny was able to do my inspection at last minute and did a very thorough job. He explained everything to me and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future if I buy anymore homes.

Denny did a great job, I really liked his attitude and felt comfortable through the process. He was on-time (early actually), and took time to explain things and answer questions during the inspection. He even went out of his way to return a couple days later for something that wasn't able to be inspected during the original appointment. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Denny!

Denny was awesome!!! so very easy to talk to. I just cant remember his partners name that came with him but she was also great. We laughed the whole time. But when he needed to be serious about something he was. and completly answered all my questions and explained everything to where i understood. Denny even gave me some great ideas on things that i can do around the house for some remodeling, which i will be doing. i would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!! Thank you Denny for making this process so easy and relaxing!!!!

They paid attention to every detail of our new home and gave us plenty of information and recommendations on everything from how to correct problems found or on how to improve our home. I would highly recommend. Pricing was not to expensive and was very reasonable. Worth every penny.

LOVED working with this guy!!! Down to earth and easy to work with, knows his stuff - very knowledgeable - and charges a fair market price. He is thorough yet reasonable, in every way. Very professional report provided afterwards too, but it felt like having your favorite uncle along to inspect your potential home purchase at the time! 😄 We are getting ready to purchase our 5th home in 7 years. We’ve paid for 8 home inspections (when you include the homes we didn’t end up buying). We have worked with three other inspectors, plus dealt with home inspectors that our buyers bring to these transactions. I share this only to emphasize, we’ve experienced quite a variety in this field of expertise! Denny has been our all time favorite and we will continue to work with him exclusively in the future.
