DS Appliance Repair

Had 1st visit and 2 parts were ordered. 1 week later, came back installed and left. Called back same night and told them still not working. Have played telephone tag since them. Leaving messages and being promised 2 separate days and times he would be there, to be blown off. (Husband missed work for this). Everytime we call, we get apologies and excuses and still no results!! Very unprofessional and surprised they are still in business!

Did a great job. Came out and only charged house visit. Recommended new purchase rather than wasting money on repairs. Very quick and honest.

Diagnosed the problem quickly (igniter on oven). Took a few days for the part to come in, but when it did they came right back and installed it very quickly.

The DS Appliance Repair service was professional and reasonably priced. They responded to my request quickly, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely matter. I am keeping them in my list of Favorite Pros and I would recommend them.

I cold called using Home Advisor. Dave answered my call promptly. He diagnosed the problem with my stove,ordered the part and installed it with no fanfare. Would highly recommend this service company.

I was able to make an appointment for repair online at 11pm on a Saturday night for Monday afternoon. The parts were ordered and Dave came out to fix my stove as soon as the parts came in. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Dave even showed my son how the board worked.

My only minor gripe is that he initially was not very clear that he would be coming rather late (about 8:30 PM) which I had no problem with, but I was under the impression that it would be earlier. He repair work was outstanding.
