It was hard to find someone to come in and do a small job. They called me immediately and set up an appointment. They gave me an estimate. I was OK with the estimate and they proceeded to get the job done. Very pleased.

Within minutes of my request for a quote, I received a call, even though it was a Sunday! Dave came out the following day (apparently had a cancellation), discussed the project with me, gave me a quote, and did the job (carpet stretching) on the spot. He finished in an hour, cleaned up, and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I had thought my carpet was beyond repair, but he made it look almost as good as new. Will definitely call him for all my carpet needs in the future.

I hired them as a subcontractor, as my usual sub wasn't able to provide service at the time. My customer didn't appreciate having to listen to the Mexican music that they played while working. Being non-confrontational people they chose not to ask them to turn it off. My personal view is that an occupied home should never be subject to nonessential noise of any kind. I wasn't on site unfortunately, as I would have shut the music off. Regardless, I will do business again with them as the negatives are correctable.
