Dilson is a true professional. Show up every day. Ask questions so the patio came out just how I wanted it. The patio filled my back yard and had a hex fire place area, a raised garden bed area an a barbecue area. Top quality work. Always there to supervise his men. High recommendation.

Dilson and his crew did an outstanding job resetting my patio pavers. Dilson was very communicative throughout the process, from start to finish. You will want to hire Dilson to do any work you need because he truly has integrity and will go out of his way to make you happy.

I hired Dilson and his team to construct a new paver patio in my backyard. I m a bit of a perfectionist, so always worry about hiring someone to work on my home. His quote was very competitive and his reviews were great, so I hired him. He and his team started right away and worked tirelessly for 3 days straight to finish the job! They didn t disappoint in the least. They did amazing work! Clearly, Dilson is a bit of a perfectionist as well... which is what you want in someone doing this work. I now have an amazing patio!

My wife and I hired Dilson to help us with two projects at our place (1) put a new patio in our backyard and (2) install three gates around the house to fully close our yard. The resultâ ¦ Phenomenal work!!! Dilson and his team did an amazing job that everyone always compliments their work. They are really detailed oriented, do not cut any corners, provide high quality work while being extremely price competitive and most important of all, they are great people. I was very happy with the performance of DS Construction. It was done in a very professional and timely fashion.

Dilson and team did a great job putting up a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He had fantastic attention to detail and delivered a perfectly finished backsplash that looks great. Great to work with and would happily hire him again for more jobs in the future.

Prompt, listened well, offered excellent suggestions, work completed quickly, cleaned up well, price was very reasonable. Would and probably will hire again in the future.

Dillon did a meticulous job and hidden issues were promptly repaired. Thorough and very well done repairs.

Our basement came out better than expected! We had tile installed over a severely uneven basement floor. The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. Thoughtful plannning and communication throughout the project made DS Construction a pleasure to work with. After the tiling was completed they also painted the basement which also came out fabulous. I will definitely contact these guys again for a future project.

They were prompt, thorough and made sure the work was complete. It was refreshing to find such competent and responsible contractors.

They did a fantastic job! I wasn't happy with the material that was put in between the pavers and they came and changed it out right away and it looks fabulous. I am so happy with my new patio! They also resurfaced my front porch with new concrete and changed out a broken slab on my front stairs which also look great. I called Dilson back about a week later and had them install new vinyl fencing around my new patio to complete my new backyard look! The guys are prompt, quick, efficient and left the backyard clean and organized each day they were there. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them for more updates next summer.

We had an addition on our house that was built in the 80s that was on lally columns and not proper footings. A few of the columns were not even supporting any weight and it just looked horrible. We contacted DS Construction looking to put proper blocks walls and footings to support the room correctly with a cement floor to make the space usable as a utility room - workshop. He replace the damaged columns and was able to hide the lally columns in the new walls he constructed. He also dug down giving us more height in the new room before pouring the new floor. To top it off, he put a nice door and two windows, all framed and moulding all around. Dilson was an absolute pleasure to work with. He did something most other contractors don't do: communicate and call you back. He listens to the client, and makes himself available and easy to reach, and does top notch work. His pricing is very fair, his team are hard workers. The project was done on time despite the weather being nasty. I will be hiring DS Construction in the future.

Review by Debbie & Guy in Bedford, MA Project: Replace and install front stairs. Replace and install 58 year old drywell in back of the house. I was looking for a contractor when I discovered DS Construction on the net. The reviews about this business were outstanding, so I decided to call. Dilson & his Team did not disappoint. They were fantastic. I was going to replace the stairs with blue stone, but Dilson suggested to go with granite. I am so glad I went with his suggestion, the new stairs perked up this 58 year old brick house. Dilson and his team were very professional and worked very hard in between the rain this week. The drywell was a big job. Again they did a superb work. I no longer need to worry of getting water in the playroom after a heavy rain storm. We would highly recommend hiring DS Construction for any job.

Dilson and his colleague were easily the best contractors I've worked with since I first became a homeowner in the 90's. His work is high-quality mostly because of his fine attention to detail and uncommon desire to satisfy on all of the finishing touches. In addition to that, Dilson didn't blaze on through this project making his own decisions. He consulted with me all along the way and seemed almost to relish in the satisfaction that he was going to do things EXACTLY like I wanted them. As any project will, this one hit snags and we needed to adapt and figure out the best way to complete it. He offered options, took suggestions and did it all with a smile and with no hint at feeling inconvenienced or annoyed. If you can get onto his rightfully busy schedule, hire this guy as fast as you can and you won't regret it. Oh, and furthermore, the guy at the tile place randomly knew him, too. Said he was the hardest worker he's ever met, as well.

Dilson Santos was very committed to the project. He was always on time and easy to reach. The quality of the work was excellent. His team was very personable and took great care in excavating the driveway, digging and pouring the curb cut, which were the things we hired them for! I highly recommend DS!

Dilson review I highly recommend Dilson and his team! He did a beautiful job replacing our brick front stairs, taking the time to match the color of the brick exactly. He methodically checked on the details throughout every aspect of the job, making sure that all was right with the implementation, even making a correction by pulling apart work that had already been done in order to correct an imperfection. He listened to my unusual ideas on the design for the concrete paver walkway, executing my request so that it was exactly what I had envisioned. People rave about how it looks! I can't say enough about his design skills, his attention to detail, his knowledge and abilities in masonry, his communication skills and above all else his undeniably strong work ethic. I have worked with many contractors before on several properties and DS Construction is the best I have encountered. I will not hesitate to hire Dilson again with any future projects, big and small.

Dilson Santos is the greatest. Gave me a great bid for repairs to our patio, did the job quickly despite delays of rain, and came back to do a thorough wash of old and new stones. Kept in touch the whole time. He answers phone calls. Just unbelievable guy! I have already recommended to two good friends in my nearby town.

I was completely blown away by the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of DS construction. I desperately needed a bathroom repair after being badly flooded by my upstairs neighbor. I was living in a hotel (since it's a 1 bathroom apartment) and my insurance company only covered 10 days before I was paying out of pocket. Dilson came to check everything out the day I contacted HomeAdvisor, we had a good conversation about what I wanted done, and he quoted me at a surprisingly low price. He quickly provided his paperwork (license + insurance, he's legit!) to my building's property manager, he started work the next day, and within a week I was living at home again. The process of working with Dilson was fabulous. When we wanted something done a certain way, he was happy to let us take the reins, but when we weren't sure, he took control and made great decisions. The quality of work was unlike anything a contractor had every done for me before. He even cleaned my old radiator! My bathroom is now the nicest room in my apartment. I will absolutely hire Dilson again and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants work done well, fast, and for a good price. I'm very thankful that I was connected to him.

DS Construction just completed our front steps and walkway--- we couldn't be happier with the work! Dilson Santos' work was exceptionally professional; his price was reasonable he was very helpful with the design, and gave us exactly what we wanted. He removed our old brick stairs, gave us new granite slab steps with bluestone risers and repointed and set our bluestone walkway. His work site was tidy and left it spotless at the end of the job. It looks fabulous. At the start of the process we had a very high quote from a masonry company in the area- I wanted to get a few more quote--I signed into Home Adviser and contacted DS Construction and Dilson contacted me immediately, came over-took a look at the job, gave me a reasonable number and then started working the next week! He just finished -it looks amazing, can't thank him enough! Great job!
