"Screen and Re-Coat was done as requested and terms agreed by the customer. Floors were coated with new satin finish. The customer stated she loved floors and then a few days later slid heavy furniture across the newly refinished floors. Called us to repeat entire job with a new finish. Again, the entire job was redone free of charge to the customer with beautiful results. Customer still not happy.
