A bit pricey for the job, I think, and the door was substituted that made it easier for the carpenter, after he asked me. The door should have been widerr to allow full access to the washing machine. Barring that, two not so wide doors (my original idea) would have been better. Just an ok job, not great.

"This customer is the owner of a Multiple unit rental building. His concerns right from the beginning were price and durability. He insisted on doing all the finish himself(tape and mud, prime and paint.) The job cost the customer only 550.00 to build a closet to enclose a washer and dryer. This included all material. I told the customer that tenants are often hard on bi-fold doors and that maybe a single hinged door could be a solution. He agreed and decided to go with that option. The job was completed in two consecutive days. He inspected and was pleased with the outcome and even offered more work going forward. I never knew he was unhappy."

Derrick replaced garage entry door for us. Side framing was rotted. He replaced with pressure treated 2x4s.and beautiful new door! Job was done on budget. We were extremely happy with his work! We definately will use his services again.

was a pretty good experience. communication was reasonable for being a remote job. went a bit over budget but was partially due to unexpected additional work. failed the first city inspection which was disappointing but they resolved the issue in a timely manner.

"Will C. was great to work with. Communication was challenging since he was in California and the job was in New Hampshire. The inspector refused to sign off on the first inspection because he found other items that needed to be addressed by the owner which was not part of the work scope that we bid on. These extras are what ran his budget over. Unfortunately, inspectors can make further demands on home owners especially if they don't personally live in the building and they have Multiple tenants. We did however satisfy the inspectors request and we tried to be very reasonable with Will C. with what we charged for the extra work."
