Had repairs needed on two AC units. One of the units only worked for a few hours after they left, and upon calling them they came out again the next day and found an additional problem. The second trip was completely free. Very professional, very informative, I plan on using them for all of my heat & air needs at my properties.

D & S Heating and Air was fantastic to work with. They were professional and understanding of our situation. They responded quickly to a pressing need and took the time to explain everything they were doing.

Absolutely horrible. The first person sent out didn't have welding equipment. I had to wait nearly 3 hours before he came up with welding equipment. This despite the fact that I told them the problem was with a faulty expansion valve that would need to be welded. The contractor that came out then proceeded to destroy the expansion valve trying to fix it. Costing me $240 to have the part next day aired and it didn't show up for two days. Less than a week later o come home and my house is 85 degrees. The owner came out and put freon in when the system stopped working. It ha failed again and now the company won't answer or return my calls

I chose D & S Heat and Air because he was courteous and did not assume he would try and sell a cooling system that only needed attention. He took the time to find and resolve my colling problem. No other Heat and Air company had bothered to find the source of my problem in the 13 years I have been in my home with unsatisfactory cooling results. He was very accomodating, and I am very pleased with his work, professionalism and courtesy. He made the problem a pleasant experience!

Charged me for 3+ hours for a job that took him 20 minutes, because he had to drive to pick up a part he did not have. Wouldnt have been too big of a problem except there was no upfront discussion that that was going to happen. Also, he was 3 hours late the first time with no phone call stating he was late and he was an hour late the next morning. (After having picked up the correct part).

Service tech showed up on time. Was extremely pleasant and helpful. Also very knowledgeable as he was able to have my problem solved in less than an hour. Would definitley reccomend to others. Also will use again if I have any more problems.

The person that serviiced my ac did a fine job at a reasonable price solved and the problem.I have called after he came out and he's been very helpful thank you very much.

Honest $75 service call to clean exterior unit and verify compressor was working within specs. Also received feedback on how long that unit would last.

This gentleman came to our home on the same day we requested service. He was extremely nice and polite and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem on one visit. We even needed a new part and he had it on his truck. I would recommend him to everyone who needs work in this area.

He is a hard, dependable person.
